 智能电容器产品概述

MEBLSC系列智能集成电力电容器装置是应用于0.4KV低压电网的新一代无功补偿装置。它由CPU测控单元、晶闸管、继电器、保护装置、两台或一台低压电力电容器组成一个独立完整的智能补偿单元，替代由传统无功控制器、熔丝（或微断）、晶闸管复合开关（或接触器）、热继电器、指示灯、低压电力电容器等多种分散器件组装而成的自动无功补偿装置。

MEBLSC系列智能电容器组成的低压无功补偿装置具有补偿方式灵活（共补和分补可任意组合）、补偿效果好、装置体积小、功耗低、安装维护方便、使用寿命长、保护功能强、可靠性高等特点，并真正做到过零投切，满足用户对无功补偿切实达到提高功率因数、改善电压质量、使用寿命、节能降损的实际需求。

智能电容器主要功能

1、控制功能

在外接控制器的情况下，执行控制器的控制命令。

在没有外接控制器或控制故障情况下，产品能自动组网，产生一个主机，其余为从机，构成一个系统自动进行无功投切。如果某台从机故障则自动退出，不影响系统工作。如果主机故障退出系统，则在剩余从机会自动产生一个新的主机，组成一个新的系统。

能够按照电容器容量和投切次数自动形成控制策略：对容量相等的电容器采用循环投切，对容量不等的电容器兼顾容量和投切次数采用优化组合投切。

2、测量功能

测量电压、电流、无功功率、功率因数，能自动检测CT方向，产品内部温度。

3、保护功能

具有过压保护、过压闭锁、失压保护、电容器过电流保护、缺相保护、过温保护。

4、人机接口

产品配置有数码管显示、指示灯、按钮，具有各种数据显示，电容器投切状态指示、保护动作状态指示、自诊断故障类型指示等。

智能电容器安装要求

1、产品要求有合适的位置固定放置，安装位置要便于接线及维护。

2、产品间通信和电流采样信号采用配送的数据线，插拔连接。

3、连接导线选用绝缘铜芯线，线径需满足要求。

A.电源连接导线：产品容量＜30kvar时，选用10mm2绝缘铜芯线，产品容量≥30kvar时，选用16mm2绝缘铜芯线；

B.二次连接导线：外接指示灯、控制器以及状态指示器连线，选用1mm2绝缘铜芯线；

4、电缆线头需使用接线端子，并用合适的压线工具制作，连接螺丝应上紧，避免发热损坏产品；

5、取样电流互感器安装位置应当在产品电源进线的前端，不用考虑极性，产品能自动判别转换。

6、外接指示灯说明

共补电容器指示灯电压选择380V，端子1、2分别接两只指示灯，灯的另外一端接UB；分补电容器指示灯电压选择220V，端子1、2、3分别接A、B、C相指示灯，灯的另外一端接UN。

1, control function

Installation requirements of intelligent capacitor

2, product communication and current sampling signal using data linedistribution, plug connection.

3, connection wires made of insulating copper wire, wire diameter tomeet the requirements of.

A. a power connecting wire: the product capacity is less than 30kvar, the selection of 10mm2 insulated copper core wire, the product capacitygreater than or equal to 30kvar, use 16mm2 insulated copper wire;

B. two connection wire: the external lights, a controller and a status indicator connection, select 1mm2 insulated copper wire;

5, a sampling current transformer installation location should be front into the line in product supply, without considering the polarity, the product can automatically determine conversion.
